Customs and Duty Taxes
- All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL depending on your location. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Amani Hair & Beauty.
- Amani Hair & Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS/DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and group transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
- All international orders (outside of The United States) may be subject to freight forwarding fees; customs duty, value added tax or other fees upon arrival in the destination country.
- Please note: these fees are paid to your freight forwarder, local carrier or government agency and are not collected by Amani Hair & Beauty.
- We ship all international orders DDU (duties delivered unpaid) meaning we do not collect any local taxes/fees in the price charged on the website.
- Please consider import duties and taxes if you are shopping internationally.
- Some items and their prices are available exclusively online and can not be purchased/ picked up in store.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
- In the event of an error, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number and the proper shipping address. We will do our best to correct the mistake as soon as possible.
- Please keep in mind that we may not be able to correct shipping address errors prior to product shipping (our policy is a 24-hour response time to emails). In the event that we are not able to rectify the error prior to shipping, it will be your responsibility to return the wrong (unopened) package to us and you will need to cover the cost of shipping for the new package to be resent.
- To avoid these unnecessary shipping costs and delays, please do take extra care to ensure the address you enter is correct prior to checking out.
- If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly in order to investigate this issue.
- We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All online sales are final.
Exchanges are allowed within seven days of product receipt. The product must be returned in the original condition and in its original package with no alterations to be eligible for exchange. Alterations include, but are not limited to;
- Chemical processing
- Tag removal
- Unraveling bundle
- Combing or brushing the hair from its original state
- Appling water, products, or chemical treatments.
Please email us immediately if there is a problem with your order. Include your name, order number, and photos with your email for return instructions. After seven days, all exchanges are void.
If an exchange is permitted, shipping costs of the existing order, exchange, and any upcharges are the buyer's responsibility. There is a 15% restocking fee associated with the exchange.
